Price match policy

At babaloo, we always aim to be price competitive and offer you the best value we can. But we understand that sometimes other baby stores may have the same product at a lower price. To make sure you don’t miss out, we’re happy to price match if their selling price is lower than ours.

If you’ve found a better price, just send us an email at hello@babaloo.com.au with the product name and the URL where we can see it. We’ll take it from there.

Price match conditions

• The product must have a minimum RRP of $100
• Must be brand new stock – not second hand, used, demo, or without original packaging
• Must be identical in brand, model, colour, design and type
• Must be in stock at the other retailer at the time of purchase
• Must be available on the other retailer’s Australian website for us to view and verify
• The retailer must be based in Australia
• We don’t price match delivery charges
• We don’t match liquidation sales, auction sites, discontinued items or clearances
• No further discounts, loyalty offers or promo codes can be used on price matched items
• We don’t match other stores’ price match policies or verbal quotes
• We don’t match advertising errors or incorrect pricing
• We only match legitimate retail stores

We reserve the right to decline any price match request if it doesn’t meet the above criteria. These conditions may change over time and are applied at babaloo’s discretion.
