Delivery and shipping

We want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is FREE on orders over $200*.

*Excludes bulky items such as prams, cots, furniture and oversized gear. These products are clearly marked and incur a separate delivery fee based on weight, size and delivery location.

For orders under $200:

  • Metro areas: $10 – estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: $15 – estimated delivery in 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: $25 – estimated delivery in 7–14 business days

Heads up: If there is an item with a longer delivery period or an out of stock item - we will contact you to find out how you would like your order shipped - whether split to shipped all together. We are here to make your shopping experience so will work with you to make sure you are happy every step of the way. 

How are bulky items delivered?

Bulky or oversized items (like prams, cots, and furniture) are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and delivery location. Just pop the item in your cart and we’ll show you the delivery fee upfront – no surprises.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide – almost everywhere! However, some remote or regional areas are currently out of reach due to courier limitations. Please feel free to raech out to us if you need any further assistance.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?

If you’re not around, no worries:

  • Courier deliveries: You’ll get a calling card so you can reschedule or collect from a pickup point. If you’ve given 'Authority to Leave', your parcel may be left in a safe place.
  • Australia Post deliveries: They’ll leave a card with instructions to collect from your nearest post office or depot.

How do I track my order?

We’ll keep you posted! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your babaloo account and track your order anytime under your order history.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do everything we can to make sure your goodies arrive safely. But if something doesn’t look right:

We’ll work with you to sort things out promptly – that’s the babaloo way.
