We’ve witnessed firsthand the evolution of family structures and parenting styles, from tigers to helicopters to free-range. We’ve also seen parents face significant economic and societal challenges, including bubbles, busts, climate change, and pandemics.

But we face a new challenge, and one that we believe is among the toughest yet. In today’s fast-paced world, with endless distractions and constant demands on our attention, the already complex task of caring for and nurturing our children has become even more difficult. As leaders in care and safety, we understand the importance of creating a safe and loving environment for children to grow and thrive in, and building strong relationships with them along the way.
